Your rights and our policies explained clearly

Important: Please inspect all products upon delivery or pickup. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

1. Claims Policy

  • It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all products upon receiving them, either at the time of delivery or pickup.
  • Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported to Sannine Bathrooms within 24 hours of receiving the product. Any claims made after this period may not be accepted.
  • To make a claim, please email info@sanninebathrooms.com.au with your order details, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the condition of the product.

2. Returns Policy

Change of Mind

Sannine Bathrooms does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage customers to carefully review product details and specifications before purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, it may be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized by Sannine Bathrooms. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sanninebathrooms.com.au with your order details.

3. Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
  • Any returned item that has been installed or used will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning items to Sannine Bathrooms unless the product was received damaged or faulty.

All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only provided for items that are defective, damaged, or otherwise meet the criteria for a return as outlined above.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made items, special orders, and items marked as clearance or final sale are not eligible for refunds.

Processing Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Restocking Fees

For eligible returns due to reasons other than product defects or damages, a restocking fee of 30% may apply.

6. Warranty Claims

Some products may come with a manufacturer's warranty. For any warranty claims, please contact us for guidance on the claim process and any documentation required.

8. Additional Information

All online pictures and images of products are for illustrative purposes only. Please note that sizes, colors, and dimensions of goods may vary in real life. It is expected that you have read the written product description before placing an order.
